Early Childhood Education and Care services told us that they missed our face to face visits during the COVID -19 restrictions and have welcomed seeing their local Inclusion Professionals again in recent months. Keeping connected with isolated services who seldom see external visitors is important and the benefits of having a face to face visit from an Inclusion Professional is multifaceted.
IPs were relieved to be able get back to providing physical observations, reflective conversations, incursions, coaching and on the ground role modelling of inclusive practises in response to requests for support to supplement the virtual support visits that have continued during COVID -19 restrictions.
Lives have been impacted recently, with anxiety and stress levels increasing in children and adults, so prioritising SIP reviews and supporting applications for Inclusion Development Funding ensures access to Inclusion support Program resources continues with as little disruption as possible.
Please call us on 1800 11 9247 to see how WAIA can help you too.
